Happy Birthday Eva

We had sushi and birthday cake last night for Eva's birthday. She is so excited to be SIX! We can't wait for Sunday when there will be ponies at our house for the birthday party. Here is the birthday cake Eva "designed" and made.

Hawai'i Photos

We've been crazy busy lately and haven't done an Eva update for awhile! Eva is an active Kindergarten kid! She loves school. Has a great group of friends. Recently, she got all her friends from the school bus to help her make cards for Mario for his birthday (very sweet). Eva has picked up math and reading like a champ and is already reading ahead. It struck her mom one day when she sat down and read The Cat in the Hat from cover to cover without help. Amazing...all of a sudden, all those words just click! Eva is also a whiz at math, she loves to practice at home doing math problems, "10X10 is 100 mom and 100X100 is 10000!" Eva also loves to learn "facts" about the world and has found a series of books "The Magic School Bus" that take her on adventures to explore and learn all kinds of neat science facts. Eva and her mom have started their spring garden, with Mario's help of course! Beans, peas, cabbage, radishes, zuccini, carrots, lettuce... still lots of weeding to do in the strawberry patch! Eva is looking forward to a vacation with her family to Mexico in May. Cousins and friends are all joining the trip, so it will be good fun and there should be some great photos to post here later.

Eva lost her first tooth

I built this fort today, it is fun inside and has a big room that me and Mario played in and I tried to have a nap in there but Mario wouldn't let me.

I took my picture with my braids in Mexico...I got them by a restaurant. There were two ladies, one did each side. I played at the beach, it was fun. Its good fun to play at the beach.

I have a loose tooth. My teacher wants me to have my teeth out because Sophia is standing up there by herself.

One of my pictures is like a little strip and it has "Future Leader or Total Rock Star!" on it. I could have spelled it - mom don't forget THAT (points to the exclamation point on the little strip).
